Series Overview

It began with Cat in Sunglasses in December 2022 and pairs each playful vector-art animal character with a blockchain-backed digital counterpart. The Tiger is the eleventh of the twelve releases, arriving well into the run once the format had matured.

The Tiger (Part 11)

The Tiger appeared on 10 October 2024 as the eleventh release in the series (product no. 297.24.14, face value CHF 9.50). It carries a total mintage of 6,000 and is rendered in the same bold vector-art style that defines the line — a single expressive animal character issued in several colour treatments. As a small sheet from Philately Liechtenstein, it continues the collectable-plus-digital pairing established at the start of the series.

Colour Variants

The Tiger's total mintage of 6,000 is split across a set of colour treatments, of which only one is publicly quantified:

• Rainbow: 50 copies (the rarest, numbered)
• Standard colour variants: approximately 5,950 combined (6,000 total minus the 50 rainbow)

The Tiger is a true tradeable NFT. This is a meaningful break from the earlier parts of the series: the Fantastic Animals releases through August 2024 relied on OriginStamp blockchain hash-anchoring — a proof-of-existence timestamp rather than a token that can be transferred or traded. The Tiger is the work of Isabella Gassner, a Liechtenstein-based designer confirmed as the author of the 2024 crypto stamp editions. Her style carries the vector-art aesthetic of the series forward: clean shapes, saturated colour, and an anthropomorphic animal character with a light, playful character rather than naturalistic detail.
