Official logo of the 2025 Polish Presidency of the Council of the EU by Jerzy Janiszewski — creator of the 1980 Solidarity logo and of the 2011 presidency emblem — with the Polish flag woven into the EU acronym. Stamp design: Poczta Polska S.A. Physical mintage 120,000 stamps at 10 PLN; NFT stamp and NFT FDC issued on 23 December 2024.

On 12 December 2024 Poczta Polska issued a 10 PLN stamp ahead of the Polish Presidency of the Council of the EU (first half of 2025) — 120,000 copies, offset on fluorescent paper, 43 × 31.25 mm, in sheets of 6. It reproduces the presidency logo by Jerzy Janiszewski, who also drew the Solidarity lettering in 1980 and the 2011 presidency sign; the commemorative postmark carries the twelve stars of the EU flag. The crypto stamp layer followed on 23 December 2024 on the shared "Polish Circulation & Commemorative Stamps" contract (Polygon, ERC-1155): an NFT stamp (token ID 34) and an NFT first day cover (token ID 43). The aggregator counts 2,270 NFT stamps and 845 NFT FDCs — the largest NFT take-up of the 2024 commemorative series after NATO; both are open editions.

Commemorative 10 PLN stamp issued 12 December 2024 in 120,000 copies for the Polish Presidency of the Council of the EU in the first half of 2025, reproducing the presidency logo by Jerzy Janiszewski (author of the 1980 Solidarity lettering and the 2011 presidency sign).
