Pets 2026 is a limited digital edition of Poczta Polska postage stamps depicting animals that have accompanied people for many years. The four animated NFTs — Maine Coon cat, miniature rabbit, red canary and discus fish — follow the physical "Zwierzęta domowe" (Pets) issue of 30 June 2026 (four stamps, value B, 90,000 each), designed by Agnieszka Sancewicz in cooperation with the Warsaw Zoological Garden. The edition comprises 125 numbered sets of four — 500 NFTs in total, minted as ERC-721 on Polygon on 2 July 2026 and distributed from July 2026 as a promo action ("Distribution Type: Promo Action" in the token metadata) rather than sold at a fixed price. Curator note: the 2026-07-07 date follows crypto-stamps.org; on-chain the 500 tokens were minted to the deployer on 2026-07-02 and the first transfers to collectors appear on 2026-07-13. The link to the physical issue rests on the identical designer, motifs and Warsaw Zoo credit in the token metadata — no Poczta Polska press release naming the NFT drop was found.
