United States Postal Service released the Take Me Out to the Ball Game Stamp Art edition on VeVe on 10 April 2022 — a single motif at the Rare tier with 7,123 editions at USD 6.00. It reproduces the 42-cent commemorative stamp of 2008 marking the 100th anniversary of the baseball song "Take Me Out to the Ball Game", issued on 16 July 2008 in Washington, DC; design, art direction and typography by Richard Sheaff (Scottsdale, AZ), print run 75 million stamps. The drop was timed to the opening day of the National Postal Museum exhibit "Baseball: America’s Home Run" on 9 April 2022. Mintage and date come solely from VeVe’s own editorial pages.

The Original 2008 Stamp
USPS issued the 42-cent Take Me Out to the Ball Game commemorative on 16 July 2008 in Washington, DC, for the 100th anniversary of one of the most popular baseball songs of all time. According to the USPS stamp announcement, the song was born on a New York City train in the summer of 1908, when Jack Norworth — an actor, singer and songwriter who had never attended a major league ball game — saw a sign for an upcoming game at the Polo Grounds. Design, art direction and typography Richard Sheaff (Scottsdale, AZ); pane of 20, print run 75 million stamps, printed by Avery Dennison.
A Single Rare Drop
The digital edition dropped on 10 April 2022 at 8 AM PT as one collectible only: Rare, 7,123 editions, USD 6 each. No Common or Secret Rare tier was offered. VeVe timed the release to the opening day of the National Postal Museum exhibit "Baseball: America's Home Run", which opened on 9 April 2022.

Tech Stack
USPS Stamp Art editions live on Immutable X, an Ethereum L2 (StarkEx). NFTs are minted and traded through the VeVe marketplace; tokens are not directly resolvable via Etherscan because they live on the L2 sidechain. This is the same stack used for the entire USPS Stamp Art programme since 2021.
