Title IX Stamp Art — Gymnast, Swimmer, Runner, Soccer Player and Block of 4
United States Postal Service released the Title IX Stamp Art edition on VeVe on 26 March 2022 — the digital counterpart of the four Forever stamps marking the 50th anniversary of Title IX, the 1972 US civil rights law prohibiting sex-based discrimination in federally funded education programmes. The physical stamps were issued on 3 March 2022 in Washington, DC; design by Melinda Beck (Brooklyn, NY), art direction Derry Noyes. Four dark-blue profile silhouettes of female athletes — runner, swimmer, gymnast, soccer player — carry yellow laurel branches as a symbol of victory. On VeVe each motif was assigned its own rarity tier: Gymnast (Common, 7,777), Swimmer (Uncommon, 6,777), Runner (Rare, 5,777), Soccer Player (Ultra Rare, 4,777) and a Block of 4 combining all four designs as Secret Rare (1,957). Total mintage 27,065 NFTs at USD 6.00 each on Immutable X.

The Physical Stamps
USPS issued the four Title IX Forever stamps on 3 March 2022 in Washington, DC, for the 50th anniversary of Title IX — the clause in the Education Amendments of 1972 that prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex in any educational programme receiving federal funding. Artist Melinda Beck (Brooklyn, NY) drew four dark-blue profile silhouettes of female athletes — a runner, a swimmer, a gymnast and a soccer player — with yellow laurel branches, the classical symbol of victory, resting in their hair and on the swimmer's cap. Art direction Derry Noyes; pane of 20 with four designs, print run 30,000,000 stamps.
Five Tiers on VeVe
The digital edition dropped on 26 March 2022 at 8 AM PT. Unlike the single-design USPS drops of the same season, VeVe split the four motifs across the rarity ladder and added a fifth collectible that reunites them:

Total mintage across all five tiers is 27,065 NFTs at USD 6 each. The 1,957 editions of the Block of 4 are VeVe's chosen edition size and have no stated official meaning.
Tech Stack
USPS Stamp Art editions live on Immutable X, an Ethereum L2 (StarkEx). NFTs are minted and traded through the VeVe marketplace; tokens are not directly resolvable via Etherscan because they live on the L2 sidechain. This is the same stack used for the entire USPS Stamp Art programme since 2021.
