United States Postal Service released the Women Support the War Effort Stamp Art edition on VeVe on 17 March 2023, during Women’s History Month — a single motif at the Rare tier with 5,999 editions at USD 6.00. It reproduces the 33-cent "Women Support War Effort" stamp from the Celebrate the Century — 1940s sheet (US #3186), issued on 18 February 1999 at Dobbins Air Force Base, Georgia, designed by Howard Koslow. The stamp recalls that, when millions of men joined the armed forces in World War II, millions of women took over factory jobs and made up more than one-third of the civilian workforce. Mintage and date come solely from VeVe’s own editorial pages.

The Original 1999 Stamp
The motif comes from Celebrate the Century — 1940s (US #3186), the fifth sheet in USPS's decade-by-decade retrospective of the 20th century, issued on 18 February 1999 at Dobbins Air Force Base, Georgia, and designed by Howard Koslow (Toms River, NJ). Among its 15 subjects — alongside World War II, Jackie Robinson, Harry S. Truman and the GI Bill — the 33-cent Women Support War Effort stamp recalls that, when millions of men joined the armed forces, millions of women took over factory jobs and made up more than one-third of the civilian workforce, with millions more serving as volunteers. The sheet was printed offset and intaglio in a run of 188,000,000.
A Single Rare Drop
The digital edition dropped on 17 March 2023 at 8 AM PT, during Women's History Month, as one collectible only: Rare, 5,999 editions, USD 6 each. No Common or Secret Rare tier was offered. USPS is listed as licensor on the VeVe collectible page.

Tech Stack
USPS Stamp Art editions live on Immutable X, an Ethereum L2 (StarkEx). NFTs are minted and traded through the VeVe marketplace; tokens are not directly resolvable via Etherscan because they live on the L2 sidechain. This is the same stack used for the entire USPS Stamp Art programme since 2021.
