Cenderawasih is the first NFT stamp of Indonesia, issued by Pos Indonesia on 27 September 2024 for the 79th Postal Service Day (Hari Bakti Postel) at its head office in Bandung. The motif is the bird of paradise (Cenderawasih), endemic to Papua, in the "Art Mural" style. The edition is a twin stamp: a physical booklet with a nominal value of Rp 150,000 plus an NFT on Polygon (ERC-721), claimed via a QR code and a unique code on the phygital platform Ciphers.me. 3,000 booklets were made. The first day cover was signed by Deputy Minister of Communication and Informatics Nezar Patria.

The first NFT stamp of Indonesia, launched at the Pos Indonesia head office in Bandung with the first day cover signed by Deputy Minister Nezar Patria. Each booklet carries a QR code and a unique code; the buyer claims the NFT twin on Ciphers.me, where it is minted on Polygon (contract 0x9c42Ff0572685ff30Ff102b042d2E0744283A979). Indonesia became the third Southeast Asian country with NFT stamps, after Thailand and Malaysia.
Curator note: release date follows the launch ceremony (27 September 2024, ministry and Indonesian press); crypto-stamps.org lists 26 September 2024. Only 98 NFTs had been claimed on OpenSea at review time, so on-chain supply is far below the 3,000 booklets. No colour or rarity variants.

Each booklet carries a QR code and a unique code. Scanning the QR code leads to Ciphers.me, where the buyer creates an account, selects "Collecting", enters the code and claims the NFT twin.
